Our company, Mediation & Collaborative Action Group is unique. We believe that we can help individuals, families and businesses manage and resolve their differences while strengthening and preserving relations with respect and dignity. We launched our company with the idea that with our combined years of training and extensive backgrounds we could offer a revolutionary service which would lessen the financial and emotional burdens that come with disputes.
Elder Mediation is a sensible first step for families who are dealing with elder care issues. We are neutral third parties who help families identify the issues of concern and brainstorm options that will meet the needs of the family members. Mediators are not judges or attorneys and we do not make decisions for you. Rather, we help you negotiate a mutually acceptable solution.
