Circle of Care is the newest addition to the Home Care Network of North Shore-LIJ. Because of its close connection, Circle of Care can quickly access a multitude of services within the North Shore family, including, but not limited to, companion services, nursing, therapies, and physician housecalls.
Nina Dobris has been a social worker specializing in geriatrics since 1991. She has worked in nursing homes, home care and a large teaching hospital. These varied areas of expertise enable her to knowlegeably advise seniors and caregivers who become lost in the mire of long-term planning. Her vast knowledge of entitlements and community resources has proven invaluable to her clients who need help in taking that first step. Coupled with her background in counseling and psychotherapy, Nina is able to offer her senior clients the understanding, respect and empathy they seek and deserve.
Because Circle of Care is part of the largest health system in New York, we are able to offer extremely competitive rates and our initial evaluation, whether at home, in a hospital, or rehab, is always FREE.
Nina is a licensed clinical social worker, holds an advanced case manager certification from National Association for Social Workers, and is a member of National Association of Professional Geriatric Case Managers.
