Jennifer Benjamin, Masters in Business Administration, is co-owner of Family First Home Companions. Her professional background is in human resources and business management and she has completed specialized training in elder care with an emphasis in providing care for those afflicted with Alzheimer’s disease. She has experience in applicant recruiting and background screening, care management, and formulating care plans to meet the specific needs of her elderly clients. Her job as Director of Services is to assess the needs of her elderly clients and to assign to them employee caregivers whose experience, skill sets and personalities are consistent with those needs. Jennifer also works to build relationships with other senior care professionals in order to better serve the senior community from a holistic perspective. This includes providing resources on financial aid, emergency alert systems, and long term care options. Combining business acumen and a deep respect for seniors, Jennifer and her mother/business partner, Alice Bonora, have built a reputation for offering a professional and personalized service that is customized to each individual client.
Founded in 2004, Family First’s mission is to improve the lives of older adults by providing companions that assist them at home. Our services are intended to accomplish three goals for our elderly clients: quality of life, independence at home, and peace of mind. Our process is to diligently recruit, screen and train professional, attentive staff to ensure that when you entrust your loved ones to us they will be properly cared for.
